Tuition & Affordability

All Bishop McDevitt families must have an   STS account   to make Tuition payments. Families who are interested in being considered for financial aid must complete the Simple Tuition Solutions (STS) online application. We understand that each family has its own unique situation and we want to be of assistance. Therefore, we encourage families to contact our Business Office so that we are best able to understand your family’s financial situation. 

Current Tuition Rates 2024-2025 School Year:
$12,000 (Cost to Educate)**.

AID PACKAGE

All families that either submit an application for financial aid or p a rtic i pate in the EITC program will receive a $1,670.00 guaranteed aid package off each student's tuition. Catholic students will receive an additional $1,730 in aid.

ADDITIONAL FEES

​New Student Application Fee  - $150.00, non-refundable. Upon Acceptance/Enrollment, fee will be credited to tuition account.

Sports Fee  – $100.00 first sport, $50.00 for the second sport. No additional fee for three or more sports.  This fee is per student and applies only to students who participate in a sport. 

Graduation Fee  – $100.00.  For seniors only.  This covers the cost of the diploma, cap and gown.

Special Classes Fee  - Select academic courses have fees or expenses that are not included in the basic tuition.  This information is listed in the course selection book.

Books Fee  – All textbooks are provided for the students, however if a book is lost or damaged the students must pay to replace the book.

Miscellaneous Fee   – Activities your student elects to join such as the band, FBLA, and NHS might have other fees associated with them. Students are encouraged to participate in class fundraisers and join the various clubs.

Chromebook Program Fee -  Each student is issued a Google Chromebook because we utilize Google Apps for Education School to provide uniformity in technology and instructional strategies. 

There is a one-time fee of $400.00 which can be spread over the first year's payment plan. This fee includes a Chromebook, a hardshell case for the device, a 4-year accidental damage warranty and Google licensing. The student owns the Chromebook once the fee is paid.

If you applied for Financial Aid by May 1, 2024, you will be notified of the award amount by June 30, 2024.  Tuition payments begin in July 2024.
