The Writing Lab is a place for students to conduct research, work on writing assignments, discuss their thesis, receive help organizing papers and projects, and have their work reviewed and edited. In the Writing Lab, students meet with faculty to review their work before the submission of their final draft. Students also have access to additional writing and instructional resources and course rubrics. The Writing Lab is open to students before and after school and by appointment throughout the school day. .
Hours of Operation
- before school 7:00 to 7:30 A.M.
- after school 2:45 to 3:30 P.M.
The Bishop McDevitt Writing Lab offers the McDevitt Community:
- A resource center for the writing of papers
- A quiet place to have one’s work reviewed
- An online database of instructional support and rubrics
