Stephanie S. (Minnaugh) Libhart (Class of 1995) is the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Interest on Lawyer Trust Accounts (PA IOLTA) Board, a statewide non-profit organization under the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. In this role, she leads a small professional staff responsible for administering a multi-million dollar grant program that finances the delivery of civil legal aid to low-income Pennsylvanians by 35 non-profit poverty law firms and Pennsylvania's nine law schools. She is also responsible for monitoring and providing technical assistance to Pennsylvania's legal and financial communities for compliance with Court Rules related to the IOLTA Program.

She serves as the Vice-President of the National Association of IOLTA Programs. Stephanie graduated from Bloomsburg University in 1999 with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a minor in Women's Studies. She earned a Masters degree in the study of law (MSL) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2003.

While a student at Bishop McDevitt, she was honored to serve as President of her senior class. She feels privileged to represent McDevitt graduates from the 1990s on the Board and dedicates her Board service to the memory of her uncle, Doug Verbos (Class of 1976) who loved Bishop McDevitt, especially the football program.

Stephanie lives in Lower Paxton Township with her husband, Stephen, and their daughters, Leah and Lauren. They are parishioners of St. Catherine Laboure Church. Leah and Lauren attend St. Joan of Arc School and will be fourth-generation Bishop McDevitt students.
