Bob was born and raised in Steelton and graduated from Bishop McDevitt in 1965. He and his wife Linda (McDevitt ’66) have two children, Rob (McDevitt ’89) and Laurie (McDevitt ’93), and four grandchildren.  Bob and his wife have been members of the Cathedral Parish in Harrisburg since 1994.​

Bob has worked in the Financial Services industry since 1972.  In 1999, he founded Premier Wealth Management® where he serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.  Today the firm has an extensive national footprint with over 60 offices in 14 states, and clients in 48 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.  His goal today is to maintain the trust and confidence of the financial professionals in the Premier Wealth Management® Enterprise Group by helping them attain their professional objectives and remaining relevant, efficient and profitable in their relationships with their clientele.​

Bob has been privileged to be affiliated with the top-ranked broker-dealer in the country, and for the past 16 years, his Enterprise Group has been ranked in the top 7 out of 375 such groups at his broker-dealer.

Bob has been philanthropically involved with a number of religious, educational and non-profit groups and associations.  He is an avid supporter and has been actively involved with the Central Pennsylvania Friends of Jazz where he has been a member since 1984.  Bob served on the original Bishop McDevitt Capital Campaign and currently serves as a co-chair of the McDevitt Legacy Campaign.  He is also the co-chair of the Capital Campaign for the Cathedral Education Center.  In addition, Bob serves on several boards including the Hershey Theatre Board which is part of the Hershey Foundation, the West Shore Office Park Association and the Development Council at the Cathedral Parish.  He is the Executive Director of the LFA Foundation.

Bob and his wife Linda currently reside in West Hanover Township.
