Michael J. Esworthy, PGA, is a Harrisburg, PA native and a 2013 graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School and turned professional at the age of 18-years old. He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Recreation Park & Tourism Management, with a specialization in PGA Golf Management in 2017.

Michael recently finished his 7th season as the Director of Outside Operations/Caddie Manager at The Weston Golf Club in Weston, MA. Internships throughout college included Liberty National, Shinnecock Hills, PGA Junior Series, PSU PGM Office Intern, and 2 seasons as a Merchandise Logistics Contractor at Augusta National for The Masters Tournament. 2025 was his 9th Tournament working as a Tournament Employee in the South Village Golf Shop.

He is most qualified in teaching short game, course management and preparation for tournament golf. His goal is to compete at a high level through section events and to ultimately compete in the PGA Professional National Championship.
