English Department Important English Web Sites  ENGLISH FACULTY  Mrs. Carole S. Bush has been teaching at McDevitt for over twenty years.  She is the Chair of the English Department, Assistant Moderator of the Christian Service Club and a member of the Administrative Council.  Her daily schedule at McDevitt is divided between teaching Advanced Placement English IV, Shakespeare and Modern Drama (H) and Composition, as well as working with Mrs. Bianchi in our Library and Media Center as the Library Assistant.

 Mr. C. Michael Allsup teaches American Literature (A), World Literature (A)  and American Literature (B)..

Mrs. Aubrey Lee  teaches Shakespeare and Modern Drama (H), Humanities II English and British Studies English.  After school, Mrs. Lee moderates the Performing Arts Club and the Freshman / Sophomore Plays.

Mrs. Cathy Ciocci  teaches English Literature (A), World Literature (A) and American Literature (H).  Her extra-curricular activities are Moderator of the Pro-Life Club and she also assists our chapter of the National Honor Society.

Mr. Joshua Yeckley  is a proud McDevitt graduate who teaches Humanities I English, English II (A) and Shakespeare and Modern Drama (A-1).  He keeps busy after school as the Freshman Class Student Council Moderator and he is also the advisor of the Poetry Club.

Mrs. Pam Kotz teaches English I (A), English II (B) and Journalism.  She enjoys working with the students at McDevitt as the moderator of our school newspaper, The Twin Towers.

Ms. Maria Stoner is enjoying her first year teaching English I (A) and (B) as well as World Literature (B).  She is a graduate of Shippensburg University and is currently pursuing her master's degree through Penn State.
