Uniform Information

There is now a "Uniform Shoe" that will be required for the 2013-2014 school year and subsequent years. The shoe is the Eastland Brown Oxford, and it is available through Flynn & O'Hara Uniform Company. All other uniforms can be purchased from the Flynn & O'Hara Uniform Company.

If you would like to request financial assistance for uniforms, please complete this form and return to the school along with the requested tax information.

Our uniform is kept "in-stock" at the Flynn & O'Hara Service Center, located at 869 Eisenhower Blvd., Harrisburg, PA 17111. Please call the store for more information, or for service center hours: 717-939-5600.

Used Uniforms

Bishop McDevitt High School offers gently used uniforms at discounted prices.  Students may stop in the Admissions Office afterschool to purchase one item.  Payment for the item is due at the time of selection.  An item can be held for one day until payment is received.

There will be several Uniform Sales throughout the school year and summer.  These dates will be posted on the school website and church bulletins.  All uniform pieces may be purchased at that time.  However, a limit of three items per uniform piece, per family is enforced to ensure availability to all interested families.

Uniforms may be donated back to McDevitt at any time.  If you would like to exchange uniforms for different sizes you must fill out the Uniform Exchange Credit form.  This form must accompany the uniforms you are exchanging.  If a form is not attached to the uniforms, Bishop McDevitt will not issue credit for the items.  McDevitt will assume that any uniform turned in without a Uniform Exchange Credit form is strictly a donation.

In order to receive credit, the uniform items will be inspected and must be:

• Originally purchased from Flynn and O’Hara
• Recently washed and clean, no stains anywhere on the item
• Free of holes, rips, and tears
• Intact---no missing buttons or broken zippers

The following amounts have been assigned:

• Skirts-$10
• Sweaters-$10
• Pants-$10
• Polos-$5
• Oxfords-$5
• Ties-$5
• Shoes-$20
