For Fall 2012 Incoming Freshmen:

The 2012-2013 Admission Applications are now on our website. Please click here to download the application. No fee is required with the Admission Application. Please remember, the Admission Application simply holds a spot for your student. Once the Admission Application is received, a Registration and Tuition Agreement form will be sent. The Registration and Tuition Agreement form must be returned with the non refundable $70 freshmen registration fee. In the past, McDevitt has used Tuition Management System for tuition payments. TMS has been purchased by FACTS. For the 2012-2013 school year, we will be using FACTS. More information regarding the company, instructions and payment will be forthcoming. No student will be enrolled until the Registration and FACTS forms and monies are received.

If your student attends one of our feeder elementary schools, please click here to download the Admission Application. An admissions interview is not required.

If your student attends a public or other private school, please click here to download the Admission Application.  Interviews are mandatory.  Please contact the admissions office to schedule an interview with the Director of Admissions, 717-236-7973 x211. The student and parent will need to be present at the interview. A current progress report, most recent report card, previous school year final report card and a discipline record from the current school is required at the time of the interview. The Registration and Tuition Agreement form will be given after careful review of grades, discipline record and successful completion of the interview.

All incoming freshmen are required to take the High School Placement Test (HSPT). This test assists the Studies Director in correctly placing the student in the courses Bishop McDevitt offers. There is a $30 registration fee for the HSPT. To arrange a testing day for your current 8th grader, please contact the Admissions Office.

For Fall 2012 Upperclassmen Students:

Please click here to download the Admission Application. All upperclassmen students transferring to Bishop McDevitt must interview with the Director of Admissions. To set up the admissions interview, please contact Mrs. Jill Hanes, 717-236-7973 x211. The student and parent will need to be present at the interview. A current progress report, most recent report card, previous school year final report card and a discipline record from the current school is required at the time of the interview. The Registration and Tuition Agreement form will be given after careful review of grades, discipline record and successful completion of the interview.

Bishop McDevitt High School does not accept students entering their senior year from public or other private schools.
