Christian Service Club

With almost 200 members, the Christians Service Cub (CSC) is one of the largest extra-curricular organizations at Bishop McDevitt.  Meetings are held monthly after school.  Throughout the school year, the CSC takes part in approximately 30 different service activities at McDevitt and the surrounding Harrisburg area.  Several of the activities are continuous throughout the entire year.  The Bishop McDevitt Christian Service Club, founded by Sister Rose Patrice in 1987, takes its spirit from the words of Jesus:

"Then the just will ask Him: Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you,or see you thirsty and give you drink? When did we welcome you away from home or clothe you in your nakedness? When did we visit you when you were ill or in prison? The king will answer them: 'I assure you, as often as you did it for one of my least brothers, you did it for me.'" Matthew 25: 37-40
